NOTE:
All sponsorships and tables must be paid by check or ACH. Credit card information is required to be kept on file in order to purchase a table or sponsorship. If payment by check or ACH is not received by Friday, September 20th, the credit card will be charged for the billed amount plus a 5% convenience fee.
